This is an English encyclopedia, and the encyclopedia should cater to the audience that speaks the language. The only English versions of "Hana Yori Dango" that I know of are those that have been released in North America, and both the anime and manga are titled "Boys Over Flowers" there. There is not opposition for using the English-language titles for some series.
